All trips include hotels, transportation, tailgate party and race tickets. A deposit of $125.00 per person will be due at the time of booking and is non-refundable unless we are able to fill your vacancy. Final payment will be due 30 days before departure date.

Policy on Rainout: Majority Rules, meaning if the majority of the group wants to stay the extra day to see the race, we will. Green River Lines will make hotel reservations but you will be responsible for payment of the room and a nominal fee for the bus.
