4 nights of action as we will be staying downtown at the Four Queens Hotel, right in the middle of downtown. Watch the Fremont Street Experience right out our front door. It opened in 1995 and is a frame that towers 90 feet above a four-block section of Fremont Street. It houses over 2.1 million lights, capable of producing millions of color combinations and 540,000 watts of concert-quality sound. It is run bye 36 computers and are accompanied by 218 speakers….This is a one-of-a-kind attraction that you won’t want to miss. Want to see more adventures?? Then head out to the Strip and see all of the new hotels that are there to entertain you. Each hotel has some kind of attraction, like a pirate ship, or dancing fountains, or maybe a roller coaster high up in the air. There are shows to see, free entertainment in the lounges, 99 cents shrimp cocktails and don’t forget the …………gambling!!!!!! Slot machines everywhere… from pennies to $100 machines…if you want it..you can find it!! After our 4 days in Las Vegas we will be changing the trip around a little bit from years past. We are going to spend the first night in Grand Junction, CO and our next night in North Platte, NE. Our final night is going to be in Council Bluffs, IA at the Holiday Inn which is attached to the Ameristar Casino. Ameristar Casino Council Bluffs is Iowa's largest riverboat casino, boasting more than 1,500 slot machines and 39 table games. |
