Day 1
Tuesday, June 17
We will be traveling through Illinois, Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky as we journey towards the beautiful Smoky Mountains and Pigeon Forge. Our home for the next 4 nights will be the Ramada Limited where we will be treated to a welcome reception upon arrival. We will have time to settle into the hotel before departing for the Black Bear Jamboree Dinner Show. (B,D)
Day 2
Wednesday, June 18
Take time to enjoy a leisurely breakfast at our hotel before departing to Dollywood. There will be craftsmen showcasing their skills along with many live shows to enjoy today. Dinner tonight will be at Damon’s Grille. But wait! It’s not over yet! Sit back, relax and enjoy the music and dancing of the “Country Tonight” show tonight, located right next door to our hotel. Day 3
Thursday, June 19
We will start the day with breakfast in the lobby of the hotel before a stop at the incredible Christmas Place. We are also going to make a stop at the Outlet Mall before Lunch. Grab the picnic basket and pull up a seat cause it’s time for Uncle Buck and the Dixie Darlins’ to entertain you with the upbeat, homespun songs of the South along with Fried Chicken and all the trimmin’s. Stunning Illusions, Mind-Boggling Special Effects, Hilarious Comedy and Exotic Animals makes “Magic Beyond Belief” Shows one of the hottest tickets in town. Starring Terry Evanswood! Dinner tonight will be special with our singing waiters!! But the food will be great also at the Legends Grille. Let’s do the Hop!! Lets hop back to the 50’s when the music was rock and roll!!! At the American Jukebox. Then back to the Ramada Limited for a good nights sleep. (B,L,D)
Day 4
Friday, June 20
We will take a drive over the Smoky Mountains with our step on guide that will tell us “tails and lore” of the Great Smoky Mountains! We are going to stop for a picnic, right in the heart of the mountains, where we can enjoy the nature beauty of the Smoky’s. On the other side of the mountain is Cherokee,NC where you will have a chance for a little sightseeing before heading back to Gatlinburg and a couple hours of free time to look around at the shops. Our dinner will be at the Old Mill Restaurant before attending the Smith Brothers Show at the Smith Family Theater. (B,D)
Day 5
Saturday, June 21
This morning we head north to Illinois after passing through TN, KY and IN, arriving home early evening. This trip has offered many new and exciting shows, beautiful scenery and even a picnic! But most of all………….FUN!!! (B)
